Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004 | link Tonight I went to dinner and then to see some hot band action at the 12 Galaxies with the recently, blissfully wed Adam. Holy yay, Julia and Adam's wedding was the cutest. Even better than organ-grinder monkeys, they had drinks BEFORE the ceremony! Which made for an amazingly spirited ceremony, lots of foot-stomping and cheering and tearing.Muffy officiated with clarity and humor and heart-wrenching shoes. The band covered "Here Comes Your Man," covered it right up with love. And Julia? Julia looked so fine in a strapless sage green party dress with lavender suede shoes and a tan, oh my god. And Adam looked good enough to drink in a suit that matched his two little twin son's threads perfectly, oh my god! And Sophie was pregnant, pregnant ladies DANCING! And Rebecca wore a head-to-toe outfit from Dema that made me mad it was that cute! And the food was from Chachacha (plaintains)! Also, wine and dancing (pregnant ladies DANCING) and CAKE. I love weddings.
